The D&T Engage team is in place to provide clear focus that ensures business partnership to define business needs, business cases, and investment roadmaps to deliver value. The Engage team is an advocate for our segment and functional business partners, serving as a point of focus and consistent contact throughout delivery of D&T projects and services. The Engage team partners to shape demand, creating and managing a roadmap balanced with business needs, D&T goals, resourcing, and funding. With our partners we will explore to infuse innovation and technology into our business, consulting to establish solutions and service levels that balance costs, benefits, and risks. The Senior Solutions Manager for Supply Chain Sourcing Engagement will partner with the Supply Chain Sourcing organization to translate commercial priorities into solutions and manage the portfolio of in-flight projects across D&T delivery teams. The Engage team leads tech strategy in service to business strategy, orchestrating solutioning from D&T via PROJECTS or PODS in Millsworks as well as ongoing RUN services. We lead overall D&T governance for this business function (plan and budget prioritization, approvals and changes), pro-actively monitors benefit realization and recommends actions to improve business outcomes using D&T solutions and/or capabilities. This role is responsible to develop and deliver the Supply Chain Sourcing capabilities roadmap, guide technology and data investments and build strategic partnerships to enabling value delivery for Sourcing.

The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, exposure to the commercial business, strong understanding and ability to navigate D&T and SOURCING, excellent communication and influencing skills, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to effectively collaborate across D&T and cross-functional teams and with senior leaders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Critical strategic partner to Supply Chain Sourcing
  • Manage and prioritize across a complex portfolio of projects and services
  • Leadership and mentorship of broader cross-functional project or Millworks teams
  • Roadmap and business case development
  • Use external perspective and internal relationships to improve how we work and what we deliver
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication


Key Deliverables include:

  • Understanding Sourcing Priorities and creating roadmap for solutions delivery for Supply Chain Sourcing
  • Value creation pipeline and prioritization
  • Team leadership and development


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project or Solutions Management
  • Leading cross-functional teams
  • Identifying business needs and successfully implementing solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and collaborating skills
  • Learning agility
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively orchestrate mobilization of initiatives in a multi-matrix environment (business is a matrix and D&T is a matrix)


Function Priority Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Financial Systems
  • Experience with procure to pay solutions, commodity management, supplier risk management, and related solutions.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Software development or database development
  • Direct people management experience


ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION

  • Relocation support will not be offered to applicants within the United States.
  • International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.
  • The location for this role is Minneapolis, MN - however remote worker status within the US will be considered for this role.
