This role will be responsible for the retention and growth of our most valuable clients. Through frequent and proactive client contact, you will cultivate personal relationships, gain an understanding of the client's investment needs, goals, objectives and become a trusted resource. Responsible for daily servicing/trading requests, you will enhance the overall client experience through education opportunities and finding solutions that fulfill the clients' needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide an un-paralleled personal assistance and support to our most high net worth Corporate Services (ETCS) executive level client
Manage and retain your assigned book of C-Suite level participants for a select group of corporate clients within a specific region or territory
Exhibit critical thinking / problem solving skills to address client issues and questions to deliver a world class experience
Assist clients with our comprehensive products, which include mutual funds, fixed income securities, syndicate products, Mutual Fund and ETF Wrap programs, Unified Managed Accounts, and other financial services offering
Educate and guide clients with respect to their equity compensation and retail accounts while demonstrating how they can navigate and maximize all aspects of our offering
Work cross functionally with key business partners from across the full spectrum of our Financial and Corporate Services groups to help Executives meet their objectives and work effectively with demanding Stock Plan Administrators, General Counsels, and key company stakeholders / decision maker
Strong technical aptitude to navigate through a variety of financial services, equity compensation, and client relationship management tools is necessary
Seeking experienced financial professionals to join our Platinum Relationship Management team dedicated to servicing E*TRADE's high net-worth stock plan executives. This role will provide excellent customer service and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to help executives navigate their equity compensation and provide guidance for their broader financial picture. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to offer knowledgeable support in a professional and efficient manner, while taking the initiative to stay up to date on both company products and services, as well as broader trends in the industry.
The E*TRADE Executive Services, Platinum Relationship Management (Platinum RM) team is the face of E*TRADE to our high net worth executives and seek to build trust and develop relationships with these individuals. Platinum RMs provide 'white-glove' service and support to our most valuable Corporate Services executives, working to retain and grow these relationships to deliver the full value of the firm (e.g., advisory solutions, managed money, banking & lending, fixed income). This will occur through comprehensive support, product education, trade facilitation and asset gathering. The RM must be totally dedicated to exceeding all participant expectations to retain these valuable households and develop long lasting retail relationships.
Additionally, the role is eligible for incentive compensation tied to the individual's contributions in creating successful and meaningful client relationships across the firm. RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate vast knowledge of and provide support on all issues pertaining to equity compensation, as well as a comprehensive understanding of relevant products and services offered by E*TRADE including managed money and banking & lending
Formulate and deliver solutions for executives' inquiries, ranging from foundational guidance to more complex product-related question
Establish relationships with assigned participants and corporate clients, identifying opportunities for business development
Engage with executives through outbound campaigns across the course of the participant lifecycle, introducing additional wealth and liquidity solutions where appropriate
Understand organizational structure to engage appropriate colleagues and teams across E*TRADE to resolve problems and issues
Carry out responsibilities with attention and adherence to E*TRADE's core values - Customer Focus, Agility, Reliability, and Innovation
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of brokerage or similar experience required
Series 7 and 66
Education or training equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree
Attain CEP Level 1 after completion of 1 year of employment
PREFERRED
Series 24 highly preferred
Extensive experience and comfort level with engaging and supporting the needs of high net worth individuals / centers of influence
Advanced knowledge of the securities industry including corporate equity compensation plan
Strong familiarity and ability to facilitate Rule 144 Affiliate transactions and 10b5-1 plan administration
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a very strong attention to detail
Ability to display relentless poise in a fast/high pressure and demanding environment, with a heightened level of client dedication
Superb and dynamic face to face communication skill
Ability to travel to meet with your book of clients and Corporate client contacts, plus attend and provide support in Corporate Services Client/Prospect meetings and event
Outstanding professional presence and positive customer services attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team environment while adeptly resolving intricate client's issues
