Description and Requirements
What You'll Do:
This Customer Fulfillment Specialist position will support the North America IDG business.
Responsibilities:
* Manage notebook serviceability at in-house and ODM manufacturing locations in China
* Interface with cross functional teams on parts shortages, quality issues, logistics issues, technical / BOM issues
* Solve order shortages through demand conditioning / off-spec alternatives
* Work with Order Execution teams to maximize manufacturing capacity
* Work with Fulfillment Center teams to maximize inventory consumption
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
* Strong analysis skills
* Superior Microsoft Excel skills
* Flexibility to work some evening hours
* Strong initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in GSC or Operations
* Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
* Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
* Bachelor's degree
