Sr Manager, Process Management at Capital One
The Enterprise Products & Platforms (EP2) Tech Top-of-House team is looking for someone to lead the Labor Strategy team while bringing to life and owning the labor strategy for the entire Enterprise Products & Platforms Tech organization. EP2 Tech’s labor strategy pillars include the continuous and proactive alignment of people and teams to deliver on our organizational imperatives; the optimization of our organizational make-up and composition; and enabling an efficient talent pipeline in partnership with Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-centric, data-driven and strategic mindset to developing the overarching labor strategy and enhancing the product suite to provide data-driven insights to our customers.
Developing, owning and continuously refining the EP2 Tech Labor Strategy to ensure it is continuously solving for our customers’ needs
Owning the strategies for our labor products in order to provide data-driven insights to our customers
Leading a team to execute the key labor strategy functions in a well-managed manner
Partnering with key stakeholders to provide insights and develop action plans to address labor strategy needs
Partnering with key stakeholders to help scale our labor strategy to a collective EP2 strategy that includes Tech, Product, Data and Design
Spans and layers

Tenure - ensure a healthy mix of associate tenures
Ensure headcount is aligned to support priority work
Partner with Delivery Enablement Office & agile community to incorporate team capacity into labor strategy
Ensure planned growth and budget is aligned with organizational priorities
Provide transparency to existing and in-demand skills and create a strategy to optimize skill alignment
Proactive pipeline management
Continuous line of sight to hiring pipelines and partner with Talent Acquisition to prioritize recruiting capacity against highest priority roles
Drive org-wide participation in our sourcing efforts through a comprehensive interviewer program
Ensure our hiring pipeline is staying ahead of attrition
Work with HR to develop appropriate retention strategies
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 5 years in Process Management or Project Management
2+ years of experience in change management
2+ years of experience in strategic planning
6+ years of experience in Process Management or Project Management
5+ years of experience leading process transformations or projects
