The Greenroom team is redefining the audio ecosystem by directly connecting users through real time conversation. The Greenroom Sr. Manager, Music Programming will be responsible for the development and execution of original music programming on Greenroom. 


The right candidate is passionate about audio content, highly organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management skills, and is able to work with many different types of stakeholders.



What you'll do

  • Develop engaging formats and show concepts for the music vertical for Greenroom, managing the overall content strategy, budget and overarching programming success
  • Test innovative formats that capture daily culture
  • Build and lead a team of Creative Development Specialists and Project Managers 
  • Empower talent to develop their own formats and unique identities on Greenroom
  • Build operational processes to develop and execute original programming 
  • Collaborate with Spotify Studios and Music teams to ensure alignment across priority partners and programming opportunities

Who you are

  • You have 8+ years of Music based content and partnerships with experience at a digital first platform
  • You have 3+ years of growing and developing a team
  • You have a deep passion for social platforms, music and pop-culture
  • You are passionate about the evolution of audio
  • You are self-motivated and have strong industry relationships
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and high stakes situations and are comfortable taking accountability for KPIs, a team, and working as a leader within Spotify
  • You are a collaborator and enjoy driving results through consensus building, but are also comfortable asserting your own positions and going against-the-grain or status quo
