THIS IS A CORPORATE POSITION

The Sr. Manager Internal HR Communications will be a strategic and tactical partner for Papa John's people-related communication and messaging, with a focus on complicated and sensitive communications affecting the entire company. They will curate communication content and timing f rom the People Operations team, ensuring it is calendarized and distributed using communication tools, processes, and style guidelines. This role supports the People Operations team with communication and content distribution strategy, approach, process, reception, analytics, and outlets in alignment with the HR strategy and communications best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES• Play a key role in internal content curation and distribution while helping amplify communications from the HR organization, including total rewards, performance management and talent programs• Establish operating process with HR functions to ensure projects and priorities are effectively communicated and measured• Guide storytelling efforts for People Team projects, developing compelling campaigns and content to support PJI initiatives• Be a strategic and tactical partner, especially for complicated and sensitive communications affecting the whole company• Craft, ghostwrite and edit blog posts, presentations, narratives, speaking points, and playbooks• Manage community feedback and address online comments or questions• Lead global launches, events, and other internal activities, with a keen understanding of cultural impact• 7+ years internal communications experience; preferred HR communications• Bachelor's degree in communications, HR, or related field• Experience with leading communication campaigns, content editing, communication channels (web, blog, video, email, etc.)• Excellent project management skills• Experience communicating through significant culture change within a company• Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels and build cross functional relationships• Experience collaborating with senior leaders of a company as a trusted partner• Strong written and verbal communications skills; understanding of how to develop messages for different audiences; proven experience as an effective storyteller• Organized with an attention to detail and an ability to successfully manage multiple projects• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing tight deadlines• Creative and willing to do what's never been done; joy for bringing people along with change• A passion for pizza and the team members who make great pizza for our guest
