Role Summary

Budget/Financial Mgmt: Manages, prepares, administers, and directs the control of the budget. Manages the activities of the financial analyst staff. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to executive management team. Monitors division and department adherence to approved budget. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Create P&Ls by Region and allocate COD (Center of deployment) costs back to regions using time sheets.
• Co-ordinate and prepare budget planning and forecasts of operational costs (including a view of Low/Likely/High forecast scenario) and track trends and forecast accuracy.
• Assist with product pricing analysis and create cost rates for the bid management team to use on an annual basis, and ensure these rates are loaded into Oracle.
• Identify key Business Metrics to benchmark business unit performance and drive improvements.
• Track the headcount (HC) that is classified as OPEX vs. CoGS and ensure the CoGS HC aligns with our billable policy.
• Prepare Financial Presentations for Finance, Operations and business unit leadership.
• Review & approved all HC (hiring) & PR approvals for the Operations team.
• Provide oversight to the inventory management and approvals and monitor the volume and pricing from the top vendors with a goal of identifying cost efficiencies.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

Job Requirements

• Strong Business Acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel knowledge; experience with Oracle R12 a plus.
• Strong presentations and communication skills
• Career-oriented with a proven track record of accomplishment, teamwork, integrity, and leadership
• 8+ years of FP&A experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required; Masters/MBA/Professional certifications preferred
