To support our continued growth, we seek an innovative and accomplished technology leader to build and maintain a dynamic team that architects and provides technical solutions to our internal teams.

You will work with multiple business and engineering teams to enable simplified processes and lead the implementation of new solutions to enhance efficiencies in our business and technical operations across our global teams. As a leader for your team, you will have the latitude to enable teams to meet these sophisticated demands as you see fit, and your support will help teams focus on building great technology and processes by becoming better professionals.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join and lead our team.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the team to deliver white glove service and resolution of all corporate help desk activities & projects. Acts as an escalation point for our internal customers.
• Represent Corporate Tech's interests and complete projects internally and with business partners across InfoSec, Finance, HR, Engineering & Workplace.
• Proactively lead all end user communications for the Corporate Tech team including project announcements, incident notifications and new features/applications.
• Drive (and establish) Service Management processes & execution for Corporate Tech and partner with Service Engineering to ensure standardization and consistent execution.
• Meet team budget, capacity, SLO and NPS metrics (develop those that don’t exist) and implement action plans to improve where needed.
• You understand the limitations of the underlying system and possess the capability to lead the design/architecture sessions to build modernized systems.

What It Takes To Catch Our Eye

• Proven experience leading an IT team within a project oriented tech company (marketplace experience is a plus)
• You are a domain expert on Identity and Access Management and Corporate Infrastructure, including modern VOIP and Video Conferencing systems.
