Sr. Manager, Client Success
We’re looking for an experienced people manager to join our Client Success team. As a Sr. Manager you’ll be responsible for driving performance and results for our clients who are some of the top real estate agents in the industry. You’ll use your strong grasp of leadership and management fundamentals to oversee a team of Client Success Managers who are responsible for clients’ satisfaction, retention and expansion within our product and services offering.
This position is first and foremost a people manager role. Coaching and mentoring will be a big part of your job. You will hire, build and nurture a team that is hyper-focused on cultivating long-lasting client relationships built on results. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with your reports to develop strategies to drive client satisfaction, prevent escalations and will provide support when escalations occur.
In this role, you’ll leverage your ability to drive strategy and operational excellence to ensure your team knows what they have to accomplish. Additionally, you will oversee and streamline the tools and processes your team requires to meet client deliverables consistently. Ultimately success is measured through meeting or exceeding team and company goals. You’ll match this by providing insights through reporting that provide real-time transparency into your team’s progress and work with leadership to troubleshoot and clear roadblocks.

You have:
-3-5 years experience in a management role
-5+ years of direct client-facing management with a focus on technology and/or marketing services
-Proficient in digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, social media, content creation and SEO
-Proficiency in CRM and Project Management tools

Compensation: 115 - 135k OTE
