This role is located within the Core Systems and Platforms (CSP) Organization under the Financial Value Chain business solutions area. Finance Value Chains, will be delivering Priority Business Solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture for the Finance and Tax and Treasury Value Chains. We lead with a Business Architecture framework and own the core Financial systems and related functions domain technology roadmap.
Responsibilities:The Senior Manager, Business Technology, Financial solutions is a business-minded technology leader with exceptionally strong relationship skills and ability to successfully manage a team of skilled Business architects across multiple financial platforms. Ability to leverage a cross functional team to drive technology-enabled strategy and solutions for Order to cash, Financial close, Source to Pay, Forecast & Plan, Time, Pay, Travel & Expense and Consumer payments functions including treasury and tax.

• Actively work to build and mentor a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled team; communicating career paths, training and development.
• Ensuring strong collaboration of the Business architecture community with the various domain architecture leads and business process leads.
• Develop and refine business process architecture models to align with the technology roadmap Identifying and prioritizing process areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring and securing a flexible resourcing model that leverages the skillset of the team is matched to incoming project demand
• In partnership with the financial systems functional leaders, develop a management and support strategy for the existing and new portfolio of systems and projects.
• Collaborate to deliver technology solutions, meeting commitments with speed and quality.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, including team lead responsibilities for global, large scale platforms and systems.
• A strong business finance functional orientation combined with strong IT technical skills.
• Proven experience in managing both direct and indirect teams.
• Proven ability to build and motivate a team to achieve well-communicated expectations.
• Strong negotiating and consensus building abilities.
• Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment.
• Proven ability to execute with ERP, SAP and Cognos technologies and software.
• Preferred experience in delivery of application portfolios inclusive of XaaS technologies & on-prem solutions.
• Preferred experience managing a departmental budget, including AOP, Forecast, and Capital.
• Preferred experience to manage complex vendor, supplier, sub-contractor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:SAP experience in Financial processes
Required EducationBA/BS in business or computer science or bachelors and appropriate work experience
