Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for managing projects, tools, analytical knowledge, and initiatives in support of Medicarel Sales. This position is responsible for: Driving analytics and reporting on key metrics in support of business needs across Retail, including those related to forecasting, goal-setting, and compensation modeling. Overseeing technical Medicare-specific projects and systems that enable efficient and effective operations, such as CRM and sales portal operations. Ensuring sellers and their managers are enabled through best practice sales training Managing process improvement initiatives to benefit the functioning of retails departments and divisions. Managing shopping cart operations and effectiveness

Required Job Qualifications:* Requires a Bachelors with 8 years of experience in Business Execution, within Medicare preferred
* 5 years in analytics and reporting experience
* 3 years of supervisory experience
* Strong financial management skills and experience in managing project budgets
* Strong understanding of business operations and sales support functions
* Expert experience with Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Service Now
* CRM (Salesforce)
* Business experience with Sales Portals, Dashboard, and Tools (RSC, RPP, & BAP)
* Ability to create compelling visuals and narratives from dense data
