Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for providing coordination support for High Impact, Recurrent, Initial and other Leadership Development programs. Provides support to the Leadership and Employee Development Team, program participants, and Company Leaders during all phases of Leadership Development Programs and training.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate pre and post administrative activities for all Leadership and Employee Development programs, including scheduling, registrations, rosters, calendar updates, printing materials, and setting up classrooms
• Respond to inquiries from potential program candidates providing information about programs, interviews, requirements, and supports departmental and enterprise wide communication
• Manage vendor relationship with hotels, training material suppliers, caterers, etc
• Provide friendly service to, and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers
• May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Expert knowledge of customer service and hospitality
• Expert knowledge of oral, written, and verbal communications skills
• Expert knowledge of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Skilled in working and collaborating in a Team environment
• Skilled in demonstrating an extremely high regard for confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work under stress and time restraints to accomplish task and projects within specified timeframe
• Ability to work independently and self-manage work load
• Ability to have a positive attitude is a must
• Ability to communicate with People at all levels
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility

Qualifications

Education
• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience
• Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
• Administrative or coordination with organizing events
• Vendor management
• Working with Senior level Leaders

Licensing/Certification
• N/A

Physical Abilities
• Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
• Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Other Qualifications
• Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
• Occasional travel required

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date to comply with Executive Order 14042, which requires employees of federal contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
