Job Summary

A contributing member of the ALM team. The SR ITIL Service Management role is a role for IT professionals focused on the application lifecycle management and capturing the total cost of ownership for every application in OA application landscape. This resource will also be supporting the new software approvals and application intake process. An SR ITIL Service Management's primary responsibility is software intake and approval process with the objective of protecting our stakeholders. This role will contribute to the success of a delivery team be effectively executing software intake and approval process responsibilities.

  • Lead the new software approval and intake process• Ensure the maintenance of the application inventory within the CMDB• Capture the Total Cost of Ownership of every application• Create processes and procedures to ensure the data is accurate• Ensure application upgrade proposals are created in time• Annual application health assessment• Create dashboards to show health trends of top applications and data
  • No direct supervision required daily.• Ability to work independently in a self-directed manner and collaboratively as a team member• Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments



Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • Bachelors' degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related fields.• ITIL Foundation Certification is a must



Required Work Experience

  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background



Salary Band: 06C

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
