We want you to think big and act bold through expressing your authentic best self! Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Sr IT Sourcing Analyst to join our Global Technology Sourcing Organization. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. This role is based will be based out of Anaplan’s San Francisco or Minneapolis office or remote.

Your Impact

Collaborate and develop strategic relationships with the business, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support unified goals and enable strategic buying decisions to support the Global Technology Organization (GTO)

Conduct analytics to identify areas of opportunity for streamlining and consolidation of GTO spend

Complete defined procurement and order management strategies to support cross-functional team objectives

Provide input for areas of opportunity and make recommendations where applicable for projects, category strategy, or process improvements and efficiencies

Ensure compliance to company procurement processes

Review hardware, software, and SaaS contracts and transactional orders

Liase between the engineering organization, finance, and legal to ensure contracts and invoices are in order for the GTO purchases

Lead the day-to-day responsibilities of Anaplan’s Enterprise Technology Leasing program

Review SOWs and Change Orders for thoroughness, completeness, and compliance to contract standards

Prepare and maintain executive ready slides for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and other ad-hoc executive briefings, reviews, and other key meetings with team members

Your Qualifications

Experience in the technology purchasing space and managing a technology equipment leasing program

Ability to manage cross team projects from concept to completion for a high-growth company

Skilled with creating financial analysis to support business decisions and negotiations that optimize company value

Familiar with extracting supplier and spend data from Workday P2P (or other ERP)

Comprehensive understanding of the source to pay process

Energized by working in a fast-pace and ever-evolving environment

Ability to lead tactical projects while prioritizing to meet the needs of partners

Successful track record of negotiating with suppliers and internal business partners

Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex environment

Comprehensive understanding of contractual terms and the ability to negotiate contracts

Effective social skills to support executive-level partners including presenting and facilitating meetings

Well-versed in reviewing and drafting statements of work

Excellent analytical, financial, strategic, problem-solving, and risk- assessment skills

Be ready with a positive attitude, desire to improve the status quo, and hunger to learn

Bachelor's degree

4+ years of technology procurement, strategic sourcing, or related experience
