Sr Extended Ops Associate
We are seeking an experienced Print Production associate. This Associate will partner with Brand Creative teams and third party supplier on design and manufacturability of creative concepts for print and direct mail. This person will serve as liaison between supplier and line of business. Associate will develop and communicate all instructions to external supplier and ensure quality control and compliance with applicable consumer laws and regulations. Associate will also manage projects and processes aimed at increasing efficiency, cost savings and quality at the supplier level. This Associate will also manage overall monitoring of operations metrics. Additional responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and performance
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements
• Project management
• Reports and forecasting
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma OR GED or Equivalent Certification OR Military Experience
• 1 year of experience in Print or direct mail production
• 1 year of experience in Process or project management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
• Mail piece Quality Control certification from USPS OR Business Process Management Certification OR Project Management Methodology
• 2 years of experience in Print OR direct mail production
• 2 years of experience in Third party vendor management
