Job Description
The VP of Monetization and Pricing Strategy at ServiceNow is looking for a leader to run the strategic pricing and licensing operations team and enable our monetization strategies with operational excellence on the path to $15B in revenue. This leader will need to bring a cross-enterprise and transformative mindset to drive customer acquisition and growth by improving the commercial experience for our customers, sales teams and partners.
What you will get to do in this role:
- Drive operational strategy and execution cadence enterprise-wide for pricing and licensing
- Own digital capabilities to support enterprise-wide setup, administration and management of pricing and licensing
- Drive policy definition in support of the pricing strategy
- Provide field sales support and enablement to address pricing and licensing questions in critical deal discussions
- Leverage analytics to drive ongoing operational improvements to related NPI processes working across Product Management, Sales, Services, Channels IT, Ops and Finance
- Lead a team with efficient organization design, engagement model, and prioritization to execute and deliver results on multiple time-critical parallel projects
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have
- 7+ years of experience with leading and managing teams
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology industry across business operations, deals management, business planning, pricing, product management / operations
- 4+ years software / SaaS business experience
- Experience structuring and guiding analysis and extracting insights to inform decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines
- MBA degree strongly preferred
