The Role
As a Senior Director, Professional Services for our North America Services Hubs, you will be responsible for building and leading a scalable service delivery model for customer engagements that leverages early career talent to complement field consulting teams. This role is part of the Services Leadership team, reporting to the SVP, Global Head of Services, and requires a combination of strategic long-term thinking and practical hands-on execution. Celonis has a global network of Services Hubs located in Raleigh, Denver, Madrid, and Bangalore. You will partner with other regional Services Hub leaders, our Center of Excellence, and services leadership to create a globally consistent approach and methodology to achieve high customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and services key performance indicators.
The Work You'll Do

• Work with services leadership to define the Services Hub strategy, including the services to be delivered from hubs, employee profiles and roles, hiring plans, organizational structure, enablement approach, career development, and relevant success metrics
• Collaborate with hub leaders from other departments (customer value, solutions engineers, sales, product) and our people team to develop a repeatable and consistent early careers program
• Build and scale hub teams in Raleigh and Denver with early career talent to support North America services delivery; work closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers and Academic Alliances to develop strong relationships and talent pipelines with local universities
• Serve as a day-to-day people manager for a large team of hub based consultants and project managers; invest in their career development and overall employee satisfaction; build an engaging and fun Services Hub culture
• Create an efficient resource management process to ensure effective utilization of hub resources
• Partner with our Services Center of Excellence and our Product & Engineering teams to build advanced technical competencies that can be shared across the North American services team
• Deliver company sponsored investment programs for our customers (e.g. product migrations) that require broad and consistent execution globally

The Skills You Need

• 10+ years of professional experience including relevant leadership and management experience; professional services practice leadership for a SaaS company is preferred
• Experience building and scaling high-performing services teams and programs, especially at the early career level
• Experience managing teams working in nearshore/offshore delivery environments
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high growth environment and to approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
• Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and to have strong interpersonal skills #differentmakesusbetter
