Job Summary:
Responsible for the management of ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts. Serves as the prime point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery. Leads a team of market and client facing operational experts who influence and support internal and external customer strategies while representing the voice of operations.

Essential Job Functions:
* Responsible for client satisfaction with service delivery, by developing and supporting client relationships and operational support through direct interaction
* Manage the day-to-day, as well as strategic relationship with the Senior Account Management and Operations Leadership teams to ensure delivery success
* Works closely with operations leadership to ensure service level objectives and performance guarantees are met
* Works closely with internal and external business partners to ensure that account expectations are met
* May provide overall client support ensuring existing client contractual obligations are met as outlined in the contract terms
* Promotes the organization's capabilities to clients and identifies potential sales opportunities
* Serve as a team member on the Senior Leadership team to support future designs and implementation of new products
* May assist in the management of implementation activities of new contracts, upsells and program relaunches
* Supports implementations and ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements by working closely with the implementation team on project schedule, risks, scope of work and budgets
* May participate in contracting with new clients
* Partner with sales and marketing, including determination of new opportunities for increased product utilization.
* Contributes to retention strategies for account management function for plan or specified areas
* Develop and execute strategies for growth including retention and acquisition strategies
* May be expected to drive and execute work beyond the scope of their individual functional specialty through either cross-functional or special project teams

Requirements

Qualifications:
* 10+ yrs. experience leading proactive customer experience strategy, transformation, and operations
* Experienced in implementation of health advocacy programs across commercial or Medicare plans, teaming with clinical operations
* Bachelor's degree required
