This position will work within the Business Security Office in EIS with non-integrated entities. The Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for monitoring IDS and packet data from portable monitoring kits, creating and working tickets produced from monitoring portable kits, assisting with the deployment of endpoint monitoring and response tools across the acquired entity infrastructure, responding to security incidents in newly acquired entities, regional network hub provisioning, and log ingestion. Logging duties will include working with each acquired entity to ensure logs that are relevant to security are captured and forwarded to Optum's enterprise log repository/SIEM. The analyst will also be required to travel to newly acquired entities to assist with the duties described above. The candidate will also be the backup for our project manager and assist with coordination and reporting.
Requirements:

  • 10 years experience in an IT role
  • Experience with integrations of multiple platforms
  • Experience working with mergers and acquisitions, as it relates to IT integration
  • 3 years experience at a health care organization
  • Lead implementation projects
  • Direct experience working with HiTrust Security compliance
