OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Care Training Facilitator to serve as a dedicated liaison between teams, providing a critical conduit for information and coordination. A Senior Care Training Facilitator is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. They must possess strong analytical abilities with an aptitude to multitask and quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, the Senior Care Training Facilitator must understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce. They must help maintain stakeholder awareness, drive alignment on key training initiatives, and enhance the overall training processes. They must lead training performance reviews, coordinate support requests, surface improvement opportunities, and help enhance cooperation at all levels.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative, strong decision-maker and an outstanding facilitator. They must demonstrate exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate must also possess strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

ABOUT THE JOB

Basic job expectations will include, but are not limited to:

• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization by collaborating and participating in Vendor Partners’ business reviews 
• Host regular communication/collaboration sessions with Vendor Trainers, Team Leads and Agents to ensure alignment with key processes and goals 
• Regularly monitor, evaluate and report on training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI - KPIs (CSAT, QA, Productivity)
• Regularly monitor, evaluate and report on Vendor Partner Trainers’ effectiveness, success and ROI - KPIs (Assessment Scores, graduation rate, first 30-day CSAT)
• Responsible for the coaching and development of Vendor Partner sites’ Trainers and that their results meet Instacart standards
• Develop site specific training programs to address specific business needs
• Coordinate and implement Vendor Partner Trainer Certification program
• Assess Vendor Partner Facilitator skills and effectiveness by providing written evaluations with recommendations for improvement
• Identify, curate, and update training curricula in anticipation of, or rapid response to operational needs on an ongoing basis
• Explore new and experimental training methodologies 
• Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
• Effectively communicate with leadership, vendor trainers, Vendor Managers and key stakeholders
• Select and manage resources by collaborating with both internal employees and Vendor Trainers to develop and deliver curricula
• Regularly provide project updates to Global Training Manager and Vendor Managers
• Identify additional responsibilities that will contribute to the overall success of the organization
• Occasional domestic and international travel 

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 4 years  experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in Training & Development
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4+ years’ experience in facilitation and/or developing training programs)
• Knowledge of Consumer Data, Digital Media Advertising and Marketing landscape a plus
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
• Public speaking skills – comfortable speaking to a large group in-person or via web conference
• Strong knowledge of written English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience producing training, utilizing one or more specialized delivery modes such as Web or audio
• Prior experience with eLearning software and curriculum development 
• Strong time management and organization skills
• The ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• The ability to learn new technical and business concepts quickly
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent Google programs as well as other computer based programs and learning management systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
• Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner
• Ability to think tactically and identify significant success factors
• Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Irregular work hours may be required
