It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely for three (3) or more days a week and will share a hoteling workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

About this Role:

Responsible for the daily management of all Foreign Exchange Trading (spot, forward and swap transactions) and corresponding customer relationships. Engage in and manage business development activities throughout the First National Bank footprint. Serve as a customer service representative for all other International Treasury Management products and services.

This position will by a hybrid onsite role in the Omaha/Metro area.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Oversight of high-potential portfolio focused on profit enhancement and retention
* FX trading
* Spot, Forward, and Swap Transactions
* Foreign cash letter and check collections
* Intimate familiarity with front office functionality of FX Platform, MTS, SWIFT gateway, and Bloomberg
* Timely resolution related to client inquiries and transaction activity issues
* Regular interaction with internal partners; including Commercial Payments, FX sales and operations, treasury etc.

2. Business Development: Grow the portfolio.
* Conduct periodic visits to high profile clients to promote additional opportunities and retention
* Consult with clients regarding trading pattern analysis and Develop proposals to ensure full satisfaction and organic growth of client portfolios.
* Meet or exceed overall growth objectives for existing clientele within CRM environment

3. Direct involvement in FX "front office" trading applications and transaction initiation conduits within Global Banking including:
* Auto-Fx, Bene-deduct and related fee producing programs
* In-depth active working knowledge of all front office technology applications
* Analysis and development of strategic reports for ongoing management review
* Dynamic pricing components within FX front office to ensure profit optimization

Job Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate degree in Finance, economics or international
2. At least one year prior experience in Foreign Exchange or Capital Markets
3. Strong relationship management skills
4. Analytical and reporting expertise

Additional Qualifications:
1. Graduate degree or industry certification preferred (CTP, CFA or related)
2. Trading experience
