LovelySkin Spa is hiring a Spa Coordinator for our bustling Med Spa! We are passionate about providing best in class experience through our med spa, clinic and online store with the most comprehensive array of physician-grade skin care products available. As a Spa Coordinator, you'll be responsible to contributing to a strong service-oriented team helping our spa clients from initial appointment booking to checkout. A Day in the Life:

As a Spa Coordinator, you will set the tone for an amazing experience for our award winning LovelySkin Spa. You'll engage with clients to answer questions, book appointments and provide service that is a class above the rest. To name a few specifics, you will:

• Greet walk-ins and scheduled clients and assist with skincare questions, promotions, and any other questions
• Utilize multi-line phones, POS system and clinic electronic medical records(EMR) system to help clients through the scheduling, check-in and checkout processes.
• Assist in the stocking, upkeep and sale of retail product in the spa.
• Ensure daily balancing at the close of business and communicate discrepancies with the Accounting team and Office Administrator.
• Conduct reminder/confirmations calls. Build rapport with clients to maintain communication between visits.
• Assist with product sales, prepare quotes for service packages and process transactions.
• Delivers skin care education and answers client's questions via email and in person and coordinate care based on aesthetician's recommendations.
• Perform skin assessments with clients using the innovative cosmetic imaging system, VISIA.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a salon or luxury retail setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experienced in scheduling, clientelling and upselling products
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be available to work Saturdays and during LovelySkin Spa hours
• Passion for skincare and skin health and love to educate others
