Solutions Specialist, Payments
We are looking for a customer-focused, results-driven Solutions Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience Team. Reporting to our Director of Customer Success, you will play a high-influence, high-impact role as you drive adoption of our Payments solution within our existing customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Drive adoption of Unanet’s electronic payments solution within existing ERP customers, including by articulating the business benefits our customers can realize by using it
- Partner with our Customer Success Managers to engage directly with Controllers and Chief Financial Officers and demonstrate the value of using payments as well as guide them through the implementation process
- Monitor volume of customers leveraging our payments solution and develop strategies to expand this within our existing customer base
- Collaborate cross-functionally to raise awareness of the benefits of our payments solution and help our customers better leverage it to improve business outcomes
- Assist in solving complex client challenges as they relate to our payment solution
- Organize and deliver one-to-many webinars focused on broadening awareness of Payments within our customer base and how it can improve their DSO and operations
- Measure your success by exceeding adoption targets
- Build authentic, long-term relationships with our customers
Your First 90 Days
In your First 30 Days, you will immerse yourself in our team, product, and customer base. You will build relationships that span Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, Marketing, and Sales. You will become a subject matter expert in our Payments solution and become proficient in demonstrating and articulating the value it brings to our customers.
In your First 60 Days, as your knowledge of our product and customers grow, so too will your influence and impact. You will partner with our Customer Success Managers to understand how our customers successfully leverage payments and begin evangelizing what you’ve learned to drive awareness within our customer base.
In your First 90 Days, your efforts to drive awareness and understanding of our Payments solution will have quantifiable business impact as you successfully drive adoption within existing accounts.
Who You Are
- 3+ years client-facing experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Professional Services Consultant in business-to-business software
- Prior success with navigating consultative and solutions-based sales scenarios
- Experience implementing or demonstrating software in a highly technical environment
- Demonstrated track record of attaining and exceeding business growth targets
- Excellent written, verbal as well as presentation skills
- Strong ability to establish and maintain credibility and rapport
- Proficiency will be collaborating cross-functionally, including remotely, with teams that span Finance & Accounting, Product, Sales and Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related
Your Differentiators
- Prior professional experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) and/or Government Contracting (GovCon) industries
- Prior experience implementing or working with electronic payments highly preferred
- You’re a quick study when it comes to new technologies and you’re curious about and driven to solve real business challenges for our customers
