Solutions Manager
We’re seeking a product manager to join our team and help think about how we change the future of home-based care. WellSky solutions serve thousands of home-based organizations with millions of patients each year. As a Solution Manager (Product Manager), you will help lead the vision and strategy to grow and innovate the WellSky Home Health solution. You will work with the VP of Product to establish the product roadmap, engage with clients and prospects, and help lead the go to market strategy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Define the vision and strategy for building care coordination capabilities in WellSky’s Home Health and Hospice solutions including referral optimization, real-time member insights, care protocol execution, and value-based analytics
- Lead the solution team in conducting focus groups, market research, and beta programs to elicit client feedback and drive high adoption of new features
- Develop and implement a go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute pricing, messaging, and enablement
- Lead a solution analyst and your engineering teams to deliver amazing features based on your roadmap, requirements, and project plan
- Bring a detailed eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and customer enthusiasm
- Act as product owner if needed within the development team utilizing Agile Software Development principles
- Manage the project plan as you work cross functionally to drive success of the project
- Clearly communicate in verbal and written form to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and organization through the development process
- Strong project management skills to work cross functionality to drive success of the project
Candidate Background:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare information technology, project management, sales or consulting
- 3+ years of Product Management Experience
- 1+ years of managing a team
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Preferred Requirements:
- Clinical or implementation experience in relevant market, solution, or venue
- Advanced degree or clinical degree with workflow experience
