Job Profile Summary:

Own WellSky solution offerings and drive all aspects of solutions life cycle from definition to ultimate delivery and client success. This position is integral to our success in delivering best-in-class solutions to clients.

Key Activities:

  • Serve as voice of the client in decisions made regarding future solutions, features, and enhancements.
  • Craft, communicate, and justify complex, innovative solution roadmaps.
  • Control solution roadmap and scope based on detailed understanding of needs, requirements, and resources.
  • Lead and organize resources needed to implement strategy.
  • Ensure solution analyst teams are creating high-quality requirements.
  • Set priorities for development efforts based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice-of-the-client, timelines, and client commitments.
  • Serve as cross-functional expert regarding current competitive landscape, regulatory and accrediting guidelines, healthcare industry and market opportunities.
  • Work with product marketing to define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets including trade shows, direct marketing, web marketing, and product trainings.
  • Make recommendations for new vendor relationship(s) that would add value to solution offerings.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research to provide input into solution features and pricing.
  • Maintain high degree of collaboration with engineering delivery manager partner to ensure team approach to product development.
  • Create standard business cases aligned with organization goals and strategies.

Supervisory Responsibilities (if applicable):

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new teammates.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the team.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of work experience in solution or product management/ownership role in an Agile scrum environment.
  • Clinical or implementation experience in relevant market, solution, or venue

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)®/PMI
  • Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager/Scaled Agile
  • Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM)/Scrum Alliance
  • Advanced degree or clinical degree with workflow experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in facilitating roadmap discussions and utilizing road mapping tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
