As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Additional Responsibilities :

Responsible for all scheduling, workforce planning, workload planning, and resource/workload tracking for the COE This role is accountable for the overall health of the COE and all metrics reporting (actual, predictive).

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Supports the COE work management tool (TBD);
  • Prepares operational metrics, dashboards, executive dashboards;
  • Handles resource planning/allocation;
  • Prepares escalations for exception handling;
  • Supports prioritization for the team;
  • Supports a daily scrum and a weekly scrum of scrums;
  • Works with proven project management specialization, with demonstrated handle on project management tools and processes;
  • Leads and performs standard project management activities including planning, resource coordination, risk/issues management, scope management, communications, budget tracking, and status reporting;
  • Displays persistence to drive activities and open items to closure, facilitation and communication skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills, and extensive team management experience;
  • Writes, communicates, facilitates, and presents cogently to business and technology executives;
  • Manages risks and issues across multiple teams and developing and communicating mitigation strategies for risks and issues;
  • Collaborates and proactively manages Technology Leadership and other stakeholders expectations;
  • Navigates problems and challenging stakeholders, while evaluating and prioritizing needs and creating actionable recommendations;
  • Applies knowledge of the Firm to the Project Management activities to comply with Firm policies and standards;
  • Performs quality review of project deliverables to ensure adherence to standards and best practices and to ensure that expectations are met;
  • Leads and manages engagement financials, including but not limited to financial analysis and reporting, WBS code management and invoicing/AR, from set-up through close-out for projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity;
  • Creates professional networks & build relationships at all levels of seniority & lines of the organization; and,
  • Demonstrates resource management capabilities, including reviewing performance and work product while also providing coaching and real time feedback to develop team.
