Summary
mPulse is looking for an all-star Solution Delivery Specialist with a desire to work with Best in Class clientele in a fun, fast paced, and challenging environment. This role will work directly with the Product team to deliver client solutions designed for an impressive list of Fortune 500 healthcare companies.
mPulse's Solution Delivery Specialists are the in-house experts on how the product works. They own the implementation process from start to finish and provide a quality experience for the client while working with internal teams to do so. As a Solution Delivery employee, you are responsible for onboarding new clients to mPulse, owning the product configuration, product integration and educational training on how to use the platform. The Solution Delivery team has the mission to create customers for life by enabling clients to use our product effectively and confidently. As an employee, you will also have a unique say in what will and will not work for our clients: you will partner with sales, Account Managers, product, engineering and the behavioral data science team to work together in creating an outstanding client experience.
*This will be a remote position with options to work in the MN or CA office.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute day to day tasks on behalf of clients and account management team


  • Maintain and support client communications as requested
  • Maintain and communicate expert knowledge of mPulse products and services
  • Lead on identifying, escalating, and resolving all client issues
  • Oversight and ultimate responsibility for all client implementations
  • Ability to understand, demonstrate, and train on client use


  • Create and maintain reports, processes, and presentations
  • Assist clients in creating, scheduling, and reporting on campaigns
  • Provide Project Management & Support for client implementations
  • Provide first level support for client inquiries and needs
  • Interface with other teams within mPulse to drive innovation and improvements


  • Assist client in identifying, planning, and achieving short & long-term strategic goals
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within client accounts
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting as requested
  • Assist with internal reporting tools (Salesforce.com, Wrike, JIRA, etc.)


Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred
  • Prior experience in Project Management and/or Account Management
  • Strong analytical skills to uncover and understand client needs
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up


  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Passionate about delivering legendary customer service
  • High energy, self-starter, with a pro-active approach
  • Ability to understand and communicate product requirements


  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and self-motivating

  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, Wrike, JIRA, etc.


Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • 2-3 years in a people management role
  • Prior experience in mobile, email, app, or other communication channels

Requirements
US Citizen
2 years related experience
Experience leading and executing in an implementation process
Strong analytical skills to uncover and understand client needs
Experience with JIRA or any other ticketing system
Comfortable in prioritizing and delivering multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
Ability to understand and communicate technical product requirements
Accept a background check to be performed
Minimum Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Related Work Experience
Knowledge in: Microsoft Excel
Knowledge in: Microsoft Office
Knowledge in: SQL
