Why this role

We are looking for a Sold Property Associate to join our Real Estate Team! The Sold Property team works to ensure that ownership of a listing is transitioned to a new owner in the most seamless way possible. The role’s primary responsibility is to process sold property related resignations and to manage our incoming sold property leads.

As a Sold Property Associate, you will work with the manager of sold properties to ensure sold property data and cases are accurate. You will manage a weekly list of Evolve properties for sale and create cases for the team to action. You will keep the listings for sale landing page up to date with current Evolve properties for sale and provide income estimates generated by a RES analyst to the appropriate rep working the listing for sale case. As a part of the Sold Properties team you will be integral to the operations of the entire team.

What you’ll do

  • Process all resignation cases that are specifically related to an Evolve property being sold.
  • Assign sold property leads based on a round robin system. You’ll ensure leads are given out to reps equitably and timely.
  • Manage the properties for sale landing page by adding, removing, and updating listings on the page.
  • Focus on keeping the sold properties queue up to date and assigning new cases submitted by various Evolve teams.
  • Create new listing for sale cases based on a weekly list of new Evolve properties for sale
  • Continuously pinpoint areas for improvement in our data and reporting.
  • Work on data integrity projects assigned to you by the manager of sold properties.
  • Provide additional support to the other members of the Real Estate team as needed.

What makes you a great fit

  • 1+ years of data management experience
  • Experience with SalesForce, or other equivalent CRM
  • You have an eagerness to learn and be a part of a growing team at Evolve where you are willing to put forth ideas for improvement and efficiency
  • A master of time management and organization
  • Ability to think strategically and work efficiently without sacrificing thoroughness
  • You look forward to helping build a new process and understand that change will happen often
  • Mentality for assisting other team members in driving efficiencies 
  • A drive for results demonstrated by persistence when facing challenging situations, seeking data-driven results and prioritizing work

Location

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon and Pennsylvania.  

Compensation

For this role our pay rate is $23.32 per hour
