The Software Implementation Specialist/Client Executive is part of the Professional Service team at Origami Risk. You will be a hands-on generalist focused on leading both technical and functional aspects of the full software implementation process. You will be the face of Origami Risk with our clients, leading discovery and requirements gathering activities, as well as collaborating with team members on configuration, implementation and support.

Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and assess client business needs and workflows; make consultative recommendations.
- Design and implement client solutions to include custom reports.
- Responsible for data transformation from a multitude of sources into Origami database.
- Support and lead projects and implementations.
- Provide technical expertise and training to colleagues and clients.
- Provide feedback on existing products and contribute to the design of new product features
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience supporting clients through the software implementation life-cycle
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Experience working with C-Level individuals in an advisory and consultative role
- Experience with SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript/C# required
- Project Management background with proven success at driving customers to on-time and successful implementations.
- Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with others
