The Snr. Team Expansion Specialist is responsible for fulfilling company expansion needs by developing and implementing recruiting plans. This position is to ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline for future expansion needs. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting other team members to meet their hiring goals. This involves informing, creating, and implementing new recruiting trends and processes the entire team must adhere to.


  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Assist managers with identifying the best candidates according to the departmental needs
  • Provide recommendations as to the hire, promotion, and advancement of candidates which are given significant weight and have the authority to influence a hiring manager's final decision 
  • Attract applicants with job advertisements using job sites, job groups, and boards
  • Assess applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Perform all responsibilities for full recruiting cycle, which includes:  sourcing/evaluating resumes, leading both phone and in-person interviews, verifying references, setting up necessary exercises applicable to the job, creating and proposing job offer
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding individual hiring performance goals
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules
  • Administration and upkeep of all assigned jobs and candidates though company ATS recruiting software 
  • Be a subject matter expert on new recruiting software implementations to guide others on the team
  • Act as training liaison for all US new hires
  • Amend our domestic training procedures to align with each international entities’ legal requirements  
  • Research recruiting best practices for future training content
  • Implement a standardized hiring procedure for domestic sector heads and direct managers 
  • Organize interview sequence process flows for both domestic and international candidates
  • Track hiring manager’s progress and training completion deadlines to meet time sensitive objectives assigned


  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience 
  • HR background preferred
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Results driven and ability to demonstrate effective hires in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to meet/exceed performance goals
  • Professionalism and good representation of company
  • Understanding of Employment Law
