As a Principal Engineer- Platform Enablement, HBM in the Compute and Networking Business Unit (CNBU), you will coordinate the successful integration of Micron's High Performance Memory (HPM) products at customers aligned to the Product strategy and Go to Market Plan. You will have the opportunity to work with our customers who are leaders in AI/ML, Graphics and HPC applications to help define, develop, and deliver outstanding products that meet their expectations. You will monitor competitive position, customer and enabler timelines and product qualification windows and requirements and position our products to support their needs and ramp into the market. As a part of this role, you will regularly present to senior executives on the product bring up plan and its alignment to market needs. You will be at the fore front of defining business process and checklists to build market collateral to engage with various customers.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for coordinating successful validation and qualification of Micron high performance memory products at definitional customers aligned to the product strategy and go to market plan
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at key enablement partners and definitional customers
  • Drive design in process for new High Performance Memory Products in alignment with Product and Segment strategy at key enablement partners and definitional customers
  • Schedule, prepare and moderate regular technical review meetings with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure full support of our product at customers
  • Align all sample requirements and ensure full internal visibility for these requirements, including prioritization and escalation when required
  • Ensure all enabler product requirements including specific features are clearly identified and communicated to Product team and identify opportunities for customer valued innovation
  • Support Sales/FAE with product collateral requests
  • Drive roadmap review process in HPM Products team and ensure up-to-date enablement windows, and drive regular communication of HPM Product roadmaps to all the key stakeholders within CNBU and its partner organizations
  • Drive internal and external meetings to track bring up of our products and ensure successful qualification and ramp at our key customers
