What you do:Responsible for leading and driving quality execution, operational excellence, and delivering technology solutions that meet business needs and optimize customer experience. Collaborates with business partners across the organization to gain understanding of their business needs and priorities to address business and operational challenges. Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure system availability as measured by key performance indicators and availability metrics and SLA factors.

• Leads and drives compliance with IT structures / processes / technologies
• Drives quality execution, operational excellence, and delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs
• Drives input to project forecasting and planning activities; supports the financial forecasting and actual cost reporting on a monthly basis
• Lead and drive accountability for the delivery with AMOSA; identifies, develops and promotes proactive approaches to prevent issues from occurring
• Effectively communicates with IT and business stakeholders, including senior management; manages unknowns and successfully navigates a complex organizational landscape
• Directs and drives special IT run projects as needed while identifying process improvement opportunities
• Effectively develops and coaches team members as needed; manages multiple priorities at a time
• Integrates infrastructure services into Allianz Life environment

What you bring:

• 8-10 years experience required
• 11+ years experience preferred
• Four-year degree required
• Advanced degree preferred
