Job Description
Position Summary

The Service Coordinator role will be responsible for assisting the Service team in running the day-to-day operations for the Recurring Services department. This role will ensure all the parts that are required to progress a home are done on time, keeping quality in mind at all times.

Essential Functions

  • Create recurring vendor lists and dispatches for all homes to the appropriate vendor.
  • Review all incoming pictures from vendors to ensure quality.
  • Review, audit and process invoices for recurring services.
  • Manage and resolve all HOA violations.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and/or ad hoc report preparation assistance to the Service team.
  • Manage and schedule work orders for HOA violations and confirms resident chargebacks as required.
  • Research required information using multiple systems and resources.
  • Routinely communicate with Service Managers and vendors to ensure work orders are completed and invoices are submitted in a timely fashion with high quality.
  • Confirm resident chargebacks and identifies resident responsible items
  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
  • Proactively identify root causes of issues and make recommendations for process improvements future state.
  • Performs other service coordinator duties as assigned.



Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years related experience
  • Strong organization skills, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Ability to operate in rapidly scaling, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities and timelines to achieve results
  • Exhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skills
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions
  • Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations
  • PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment and the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in a meaningful way.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous real estate experience a plus
