In this role, you can support new ways of working in ET's Service Adoption (SA) team and for all SA's clients across global EY.

The opportunity

Join our Enterprise Technology Service Adoption (SA) Marketing and Communications team in the Content group that creates project and site collateral, training and news for our EY colleagues.

This role, reporting to the Service Adoption Global Content Lead, is responsible for creating and maintaining end-user focused, engaging, and brand-compliant technology news content, including:

  • Managing and developing the News Service site and its features and functionality (e.g., site publication of articles, subscription form and delivery via Teams and email, podcasts, metadata, analytics, integration with other site pages and properties, etc.)
  • Oversight of publication schedules, article development, standards and process documentation and refinement, and analytics analysis, dashboards and reporting
  • Along with team members, drafting, approving, finalizing and publishing News Service content
  • Building collaborative relationships with EY product managers to partner for insight on their needs to inform end users about current functionality and roadmap
  • Collaborating with product owners who have already merged their online content to the central site, and act as a community of content owners
  • Migrating stand-alone end-user technology news feeds into our centralized News Service, with a focus on delivering content quality and alignment with site standards
  • Strategic guidance of Service Adoption's Microsoft 365 Influencer community (1,900+ colleagues globally) and developing Power Platform community, with a senior and junior report driving operations and content



Furthermore, as part of the role, you are a significant partner of and influencer to other Content teams, including those that support technology projects and the main Service Adoption end-user facing site.

Your key responsibilities

  • You will develop smart and inspiring strategies, clear processes and reporting, concise and engaging News Service content, and strong relationships across Service Adoption and our key stakeholders in Product Management, Business Relationship Management, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Information Security, and Risk Management.
  • You will represent and champion the News Service as its home site, MW.EY.NET, evolves in the next year to become a key part of EY's new internal Enterprise Technology portal.
  • You will leverage Adobe analytics dashboards and reports to help product managers understand the impact of their content, enabling them to partner with you to determine future publication tactics.
  • The role includes supervision of both contractors and permanent employees.
  • No travel is required in this role, but moderate flexibility in working hours (e.g., start or end time) may be expected to enable overlap with global colleagues, mostly in EMEIA and US.



Skills and attributes for success

As a leader of the Content team, you will already be familiar with standard content management, production, distribution and value measurement. You'll have excellent management, communication and teaming skills, both as a leader in your area and with stakeholders in Service Adoption and beyond. Plus, you'll offer enthusiasm about increasing the functionality, reach and impact of the News Service and your influencer network operations.

To qualify for the role, you must have experience with:

  • Modern SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Site / news content strategy, operations and value realization
  • Online content writing



Ideally, you'll also have experience with:

  • Working in a communications or marketing organization and adhering to stakeholder inputs, design guidelines and compliance needs
  • Team management and skill development for junior colleagues
  • Adobe Analytics familiarity, including typical site metrics
  • Knowledge of podcasting, and/or video editing with basic tools (PowerPoint)
