This individual will help set the standard for Boeing's future approach to people, digital, and workplace experiences.Great candidates should have a strong Workplace Strategy background, with further understanding in Project Management, Workplace Design, Workplace Technology, and the employee experience.This individual must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills; and also should be innovative, creative, and resilient in setting a standard, charting a path, and executing to plan.Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine Boeing's approach to Workplace Strategy
  • Be an enterprise resource as a subject matter expert in the areas of strategic and tactical approaches to Workplace Strategy and Employee Experience, Workplace Change Management, Workplace Metrics, Workplace Strategy study methods and data interpretation, Digital Experience and Workplace Technology (user and employee facing)
  • Lead site-wide and enterprise-wide workplace studies
  • Facilitate workplace change management
  • Analysis of workplace and survey data
  • Lead workplace information gathering focus groups and interviews
  • Educate leadership on workplace strategy elements
  • Guide and train local site teams on workplace strategy elements
  • Develop and measure key workplace metrics
  • Communicate requirements for new workplace design
  • Develop companywide workplace planning standards
  • Incorporate Workplace/Real Estate technology into the office environment
  • Ability to explain the impacts of the workplace on employees; attraction/retention, productivity, health and wellness, etc
  • Utilize project management best practices
  • Lead cross-functional teams

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Mesa, AZ. Candidates may require up to 10% travel when necessary.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading and implementing Workplace Strategy programs at an enterprise or site level as an end-user, service-provider, or consultant
  • 5+ years of experience in occupancy planning, space planning, design, and/or change management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master of Corporate Real Estate with a Workplace emphasis (MCR.w) from CoreNet Global
  • Experience with AutoCAD, IWMS, Indesign, SketchUp
  • Experience with audio visual and collaboration technology
  • Knowledge of the workplace's effects on: employee engagement, attraction, retention, and productivity
