Humana's Membership Plan Services (MPS) organization is looking for a Senior Technology Implementation Professional to join the Medicaid & Medicare Billing, Enrollment and Reconciliation team working remote or in Louisville, KY.
The Senior Technology Implementation Professional is responsible for delivering new technology solutions within our Billing and Reconciliation products to meet the business needs and align to Humana's enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional acts as a product manager delivering new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Key Role Functions

• Gather and document business system and functional requirements
• Influence system design to optimize support and ensure solutions meet the business objectives and requirements
• Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness and transition to the appropriate production support team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent related work experience
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies including SAFe (Scaled Agile)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with project/product management or leading initiatives throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle
• Experience working with back-end and front-end applications
• Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
• Strong communication skills with experience creating and presenting reports and presentations to senior leadership
• This is a remote role, however, if you live within 50 miles of the Louisville Waterside Humana office (101 E. Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202) you may occasionally be required to work in-office for in-person collaboration once CDC restrictions are lifted

Work-At-Home Requirements

• WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• PMP Certification
• Scaled Agile Certification(s)
• Previous experience with or working knowledge within the Medicaid line of business
• Experience utilizing the following technologies/platforms: PARIS, PBS, eBilling, CI, Office 365 Suite

Covid-19 Vaccine Policy

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field. Every associate and contractor who work inside a Humana facility or in the field, regardless of vaccination status, must complete a daily health screening questionnaire.
