Senior Team Lead, Technical Solutions
Job Description
Cerner is exited to hire a Senior Team Lead, Technical Solutions who will plan, delegate and direct the team's day-to-day work to achieve operational targets or objectives with contribution to the immediate results for the team or department. Communicate policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within the department. Identify and lead team-level quality and process improvement initiatives. Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage associate success. Provide input on staffing and performance decisions for direct reports. Supervise a team of associates in the administration, development, and support of project management solutions.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years of Total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- At least 1 year of System administration and/or system engineering work experience
- At least 5 years of Additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in the domain of project management solutions
- Experience managing a software development team through SDLC practices
- Experience in technical administration of Clarity PPM or similar project management platforms
- Experience with agile development methodologies and agile project management tools such as JIRA, Agility (VersionOne), Rally, or Azure DevOps
Working Environment Description
This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote.
