Senior TA Operations Support Specialist
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a TA Operations Systems Support Specialist to join the pack! The TA Operations Systems Support will be a key contributor on our Talent Acquisition Operations Team focused on supporting TA tools and processes. You will be one of the key players in continuing our pattern of success by supporting and maintaining TA tools and processes that that improve and contribute to talent acquisition programs.

What You’ll Do:
- Act as the point of contact for Tier 1 TA user support (enterprise wide) for TA platforms (i.e. Applicant Tracking System, Sterling, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Phenom, etc.)
- Responds to inquiries from internal customers regarding system process and functionality
- Provides production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws
- Configuration of TA platforms which includes but not limited to:
- Modification of interview plans and scorecards in companies ATS (Greenhouse)
- Add/update offer letter, email templates, scorecards, and interview plans
- Job template mapping
- Maintain Greenhouse sandbox and support integrations
- Maintain and support Phenom CRM
- Maintain and support data structure in Greenhouse and Phenom
- Maintain permissions for all TA platforms
- Manage TA system monitoring and outage notification
- Support Greenhouse reporting requests
- Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, trains new system users on new processes/functionality
- Assist TA Operation Analyst with various process improvement and data cleanup projects
- Complete key tasks in recruiting systems for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Provide suggestions and lead ongoing enhancements of our current service offerings, service center programs, guidelines, or procedures that impact our employees
- Identify process improvements and optimization of talent acquisition platforms across the enterprise
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members to document and revise process and training documents to support TA platforms
- Participate in analyzing our current systems and processes to ensure full utilization of both new and existing technology
- Assist with HR special projects
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years’ experience with Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
- 2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and operational effectiveness
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to help create effective customer-focused relationships with all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project (or equivalent)
- Position may require travel
Bonus:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
- Broad knowledge covering multiple Human Resources functions
