What You’ll Do 

• Perform routine maintenance of network and systems infrastructure
• Support our end users, most of them are in satellite offices and/or working remotely
• Develop procedures to ensure the whole team have the skills to support the corporate infrastructure including all backend systems and VPN networks
• Maintains and updates support information and actions in the IT Ticketing system, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Produces self-help information and user guides that enable ease of use of the systems by the user
• Installs and/or moves IT equipment including computers, printers, Apple devices and other peripherals
• Assists in the evaluation of hardware and software applications
• Ensures security and protection of systems to prevent misuse, viruses, etc. and assist with backing up systems as necessary

What You'll Need

• Expert knowledge of AD infrastructure
• Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP and SFTP
• Configure Linux, MacOS and Windows systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, triage technical issues ranging from system crashes to connectivity issues
• Configure, maintain and manage network infrastructure which includes WiFi APs, switching, routing and VPN hardware
• Document - create new and update existing - all aspects of work so other team members have access to a vast and usable KB
• Ability to roll up the sleeve and tackle day to day end-user tickets and requests
• Excel in customer service of all customers of IT services
• Must be a team player
• Execute proof-of-concept of various methodologies
• Working knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure including but not limited to VMs, Storage, Load Balancing, Firewalling and Identity management schemes.
• Expert knowledge of both Mac and PC platforms across a variety of operating systems (including Yosemite, El Capitan, Sierra for mac; Windows 7 and Windows 10 for PC
• Previously worked as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and team members across IT
• Flexibility in terms of work day window to provide support coverage

• Experience with tackling a corporate project from start to finish
• Experience with Cisco AnyConnect VPN and OpenVPN client and servers
• Experience with OKTA
