About the Team
The ideal candidate will oversee supply planning and management processes for new and existing products, develop supply plan based on demand forecast and business trends, and work with suppliers to fulfill, maintain, and improve incoming supply and hub balance.
What You Will Do

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining supply planning and fulfillment business processes and procedures that are associated with channel demand.
• Support day to day business needs and communication with external suppliers and internal sales team.
• Monitor incoming shipments and on hand inventory, provide and drive business actions and decisions to minimize business cost and improve overall efficiency.
• Cross-functional team support including input to weekly S&OP process.
• Create routine and ad-hoc data queries and supply related reports to support critical business decisions.

About You

• A minimum education level of: Bachelor's Degree
  Area of Study: Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management preferred
• Years of related work experience: 4-5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management
• Proficient in Microsoft products with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, both internally and externally.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, planning engine such as Kinaxis, and data blending tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx preferred.
• Knowledge of sales, products, and supply chain functions are a plus.
• Experience working for or with contract manufacturers and demonstrated knowledge of global supply chain/fulfillment are a plus.
• A high level of mathematical and analytical proficiency.
• Conversational Mandarin Chinese ability is a plus.

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $82,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $106,000/ year. The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
