Position Summary
As Senior Specialist, Technical Change Management, you will spearhead work process sustainability and continuous improvement for the Engineering Team and related groups. You will facilitate decision-making and open communication across the entire NPPC technical community, cultivating positive and productive working relationships, streamlining execution of capital investment, and supporting on-boarding needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Convert opportunities to simplify business processes into integrated work processes with supporting documentation and training
• Oversee ongoing review of current processes between process owners and project team members to ensure they remain current
• Develop and execute dynamic, on-demand and in-person training materials, supporting organization and accessibility
• Facilitate cross-functional business analysis to document and streamline processes against timelines
• Ensure widespread implementation of processes, standards, documentation, and tools
• Build involved relationships between Engineering teams and Technical Change Management
• All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Minimum)

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years' experience in change management, project management, communications, or a related field
• To be considered for this position you must provide a sample of previous written work such as technical documentation, training materials, professional presentations, or similar
