You will facilitate decision-making and open communication across the entire NPPC technical community, cultivating positive and productive working relationships, streamlining execution of capital investment, and supporting on-boarding needs.

Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities
- Convert opportunities to simplify business processes into integrated work processes with supporting documentation and training
- Oversee ongoing review of current processes between process owners and project team members to ensure they remain current
- Develop and execute dynamic, on-demand and in-person training materials, supporting organization and accessibility
- Facilitate cross-functional business analysis to document and streamline processes against timelines
- Ensure widespread implementation of processes, standards, documentation, and tools
- Build involved relationships between Engineering teams and Technical Change Management
- All other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Minimum)
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years' experience in change management, project management, communications, or a related field
- To be considered for this position you must provide a sample of previous written work such as technical documentation, training materials, professional presentations, or similar
