Job Description
- Analyze reporting, identify and coordinate actions to improve ITSM process
- Identify, review and report the trends seen within reports
- Provide ITSM process guidance and training to other teams within CIO
- Enable best practice with delivery teams when interfacing with ITSM
- Manage intake of continual improvement for ITSM processes
- Identify improvements within ITSM processes using baseline metrics
- Manage lifecycle of CSI actions and assess benefits realised
- Work with ITSM process owners to facilitate efficiency gains in ITSM processes.
- Ensuring that reporting documents are provided within the OLAs agreed with the business
- Conducting the training / knowledge sharing sessions across the teams within CIO
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators for the functions and processes under the wider CGI area of responsibility are achieved
- Other related duties assigned as needed
