Description:This Enterprise Business Services (EBS) position serves as the A/CPSO for the Lockheed Martin Corporate Portfolio Program (CPP) and multiple other on-site Special Access Programs. Compliance responsibilities will include SAP/SAR security management, security planning, personnel security, physical security, program access request coordination, SAP/SAR visits, and coordinating secure communications/computing. Ensures personnel processed for access to the programs meet the Prerequisite personnel clearance and/or investigative requirements specified.

Regularly coordinates with high-level internal and external stakeholders to ensure program expectations, milestones, requirements, are met.

Conducts security education classes, investigates security violations, and prepares written reports specifying the outcome of the incident and preventive action to be taken.

Ensures courier procedures are prepared and followed. Reviews and updates Fixed Facility Checklists for Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs).

Prepares requests for Co-Use Agreements, Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWA's), and any required Waiver documentation.

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:• 2-4 years Contractor Program Security Officer experience• Proven presentation skills• Scheduling and coordination skills• Proven leadership skills• Microsoft Office applications • Experience conducting investigations• Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress, fast-paced, multi-program environment.• Selected candidate must have good communications skills, and be comfortable in a team atmosphere yet work independently to ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin, customer and government requirements. • A Top Secret Clearance is required for this role
Desired Skills:• Preferred candidate must be fluent with DoD SAPSM/ICD/NISPOM series documents and other program-specific type security directives in support of multiple special access and collateral programs. • Security supervisor experience• Current TS/SSBI preferred to start• Proven ability to manage competing, multiple deadlines and priorities• Effective teaming skills (with team, internal/external customers, suppliers)• Preferred candidate must be fluent with DoD SAPSM/ICD/NISPOM series documents and other program-specific type security directives in support of multiple special access and collateral programs.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with an investigation within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
