THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Senior Salesloft Administrator is critical to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Revenue Operations team and will lead support and improvements in our internal instance of Salesloft. You will be the subject matter expert for Salesloft using Salesloft! You will have a passionate, capable team supporting you.  

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the support, development, and maintenance of our internal instance of Salesloft and its related system integrations. You must own the pursuit of a world-class technology experience for our Lofters, continuing to ensure we are the best users of our own platform. You need to have pride in the work you do and a passion for supporting others’ success. Specifically, you will:


  • Oversee our governance model as it relates to user management, content management, system integration, and automation
  • Provide real-time feedback to the product organization and identify areas for opportunity
  • Document best practices for driving adoption and efficiency with Sales Engagement across the entire Revenue Organization
  • Advise Salesloft customers on how to scale and implement Sales Engagement in a complex organization

We are seeking a Salesloft system expert. Someone that can see the big picture, future state but has a keen eye for details. You can quickly shift between granular-level problem solving and org-wide project management. You will have a knack for spotting opportunities to improve systems and process, and are excited to work cross-functionally to make it happen. You are passionate to build relationships and help others succeed.

THE TEAM:


Our Salesloft’s Revenue Operations team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming operational experts who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

  • Mission: Equip companies to maximize revenue by creating a fantastic buying experience

The Revenue Operations team consists of team members that work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Finance, and IT to create systems to more efficiently prospect, forecast, close, onboard, and support customers. Team members conceptualize the strategic priorities for the company, develop execution plans, execute plans cross-functionally, and operationalize executed strategies for continuous improvement.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 2-4 years of experience with Revenue Operations, Systems Management, Sales, or Business Process Optimization
  • 2-4 years of experience administering Salesloft to multiple job functions
  • Salesloft Administrator certification
  • Salesforce integration experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing, revising, and managing complex Salesloft environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to lead teams through change management and business transformations
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with management and others in the company
  • Disciplined, flexible, and autonomous work habits; we don't micromanage
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model and culture is a plus
  • Experience with Salesloft is a plus

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90-day plan and delve into your daily responsibilities
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key partners in Customer Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product/Engineering and IT – the relationships will be critical for your day-to-day tasks
  • Establish credibility and trust with both managers and individual contributors in the Revenue organization
  • Become familiar with our Salesloft Instance and integrations through training, self-study, and shadowing
  • Take over managing internal support and development for Salesloft on Salesloft, completing Tier 1 requests

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Oversee our Salesloft Governance model as it relates to cadence creation and new product releases
  • Document product requests
  • Document how we maintain a best-in-class instance of Salesloft in order to advise our customers on how to do the same
  • Own full execution of internal support and development for Salesloft on Salesloft, escalating cases, as needed, to the customer support team

 WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be our internal expert on Sales Engagement Administration in a large, multi-role implementation
  • Create and maintain documentation for user experience and system interaction
  • Lead relevant architecture change submissions, backlog grooming, prioritization, and requirements gathering
  • Continue to focus on your OKRs

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Own support and development of the best Salesloft instance on the planet
