About the role:
As a Senior Product Support Representative - Loan Amendments, you will work as a key member of the LendAmend client service team, directly facing off to high profile clients (Agents/Buy Side Investment Managers), managing the lifecycle of the amendment process, while providing support other members of the team.
NOTE: This role can be worked remotely from anywhere in North America

LendAmend is a technology-enabled product and service (Bpaas) focused on providing an infrastructure to enhance controls, provide standardized operating procedures and create efficiencies for lenders and administrative agents involved with loan corporate actions such as amendments, waivers, extensions, restructurings, and prepayments in the leveraged loan market. LendAmend users include more than 200 prominent institutional investment firms totaling over $500 billion in loans under management as well as leading third-party loan administrators and trustees.
LendAmend is looking for a talented individual who is excited about the opportunity to be part of a small, focused, and growing team. You will be working with a team based out of NY and Atlanta (hybrid - remote and office) who are connected in real time and in constant communication via Microsoft Teams calls/chats/meetings. You possess a can-do attitude and are committed to learning and applying your skills to further the growth of the firm. We manage our proprietary technology platform and operating processes and will train you regardless of your current background. Operating in a lean, team-based environment, it is important that you are a quick study, excited about being a part of growing with the business and appreciate the opportunity to make an impact. You are someone looking to take on responsibility and grow with the firm and not looking to be another cog in the wheel.
What you will be doing:

  • Manage all servicing aspects of the amendment lifecycle for our agent clients and act as their main point of contact; also provides servicing and support to our buy side users of the platform
  • Analyze client data and manage on our internal systems, ensuring data integrity, system functionality and outputs to our clients
  • Review legal memos to ensure accuracy around the parameters of our remit and provide input on amendment voting best practices
  • Communicate (written/verbal) daily with our clients, providing the highest levels of client service throughout the lifecycle of the amendment engagement while acting as a trusted partner
  • Exercise sound judgment and take ownership of the role and client relationships, holding yourself to the highest standard and constantly striving to add value to the client experience
  • Possesses ability to maintain focus and accuracy while working on multiple tasks and work streams simultaneously
  • Participate and lead team projects and act as a resource to internal partners.
  • Provide leadership, training, support and oversight to junior staff
  • Oversee, create, and distribute client reporting


What you will bring:
A Candidate who is -

  • A strong communicator, comfortable interacting with executives daily as well as coaching clients over the phone
  • Computer literate/technology savvy and interested in learning a new technology (proficiency in excel/advanced excel skills are a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a transactional environment where the pace constantly varies from slow to hectic
  • An engaged team member and communicator, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in small groups, wearing multiple hats and multi-tasking
  • Guided by the highest integrity, comfortable being a trusted partner and resource to your clients
  • A natural a paying attention to detail (this is a MUST)
  • Educated but street-smart (latter is paramount)
  • Understands capital markets, debt markets, corporate lending and/or legal transactions (all the above would be fantastic)


Added bonus if you have:

  • Prior syndicated loan market experience (loan administration, loan amendments, loan closer)
  • An understanding of leveraged finance/capital markets
  • Legal training
