About the Role

Vehicles team based in Seattle is responsible for ensuring that every prospective earner on Uber has access to a vehicle. For this, we partner with vehicle suppliers globally that include rental car companies, fleet operators and individual car owners. "Supplier intelligence" PM within vehicles team will lead the vision, development of products that focus on making vehicle suppliers successful. Scope includes but not limited to ensuring suppliers can easily manage the underlying contracts put in place with the drivers, they understand the revenue and performance of their assets (vehicles), get insights into what they can do to improve their earnings, and are incentivized to increase utilization of their vehicles on Uber's platform.

What You'll do:

  • Build a strong vision and strategy for the team.
  • Work with a variety of partners ranging from enterprise customers to product operations to legal and business development to understand requirements and translate them to a solid roadmap that offers incremental value.
  • Obsess over data and make data-driven decisions to unblock the team and move business metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong business intelligence and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Use data to align teams and drive strategic decisions. You always get the data you need and distill it into insightful stories. You have experience running rigorous multivariate testing and experimentation.
  • Prior experience working in mobility space
  • Prior experience with B2B products targeted towards small and large enterprises
  • Deep knowledge of B2B specifically on the supply-chain side of business
  • Data-savvy: Ability to get the data and translate it into insight and action.
  • Business-minded: Passionate about building businesses, not features. Ability to deliver measurable impact on business performance.
