WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Post-Purchase Leader to join the team! This role is responsible for shaping and delivering a best-in-class Digital Post-Purchase experience. You'll drive consumer satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth, playing a critical role in achieving Nike's ambition of 50% Digital sales by 2025.

The ideal candidate is passionate about innovating consumer experiences by developing and scaling digital and omnichannel capabilities and driving a more productive and efficient supply chain. The candidate needs to have a background in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer and is an innovative problem solver: data-driven, consumer obsessed, and able to seamlessly move between forward-thinking and tactical implementation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You'll define the Post-Purchase experience vision, obsessing key moments such as fulfillment experience, returns, re-engagement, and digital services. You'll collaborate with a wide range of partners across global functions and geographies to set the long-term strategy and turn it into a useful plan.

In this role, you'll drive complex, high-visibility projects and ensure a seamless go-to-market of new Post-Purchase capabilities and experiences. Finally, you'll partner with Analytics and Insights to measure our performance, consumer sentiment, and identify future opportunities.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This is the Nike matrix, you will be reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Post-Purchase, Payments, and Loss Prevention. You will work in close partnership with Nike Digital Product, Consumer Services, Supply Chain, Marketing, Membership and Analytics, and with our Geography teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training, preferably with a focus in business or finance
  • Min 5 years experience in Strategy, E-commerce, or Operations with a focus on Direct to Consumer & Digital Businesses
  • Solid project management skills with an ability to accurately prioritize and manage trade-offs for delivery of existing projects while concurrently planning future projects
  • Data-driven and consumer obsessed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
  • Ability to work and learn independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams
