JumpCloud is looking for a Senior Platform Operations Manager to join the growing Marketing Operations team. This individual will serve as a collaborative thought-partner on marketing technology strategy, planning, and execution. This individual will have a healthy balance of operations, technical and analytical experience in order to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that enable the Marketing team to drive growth and success.
You Will
- Develop, implement and manage operational marketing solutions and processes
- Oversee marketing technology stack, including regular audits, vendor management, platform evaluations, and integration management
- Identify technology and process gaps, and areas of opportunity for streamlining and automation
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather priorities and business requirements/details, understand needs, advise and propose/develop/implement operational solutions and tools
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to assess, evaluate and make Marketing SaaS/Tech stack recommendations to meet department goals and requirements
- Proactively work with stakeholders to inform them of upcoming legislative changes, or data requirements for legal compliance
You Have
- 5+ years experience in marketing automation, operations, or demand gen
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, in operations supporting marketing and sales teams
- Experience translating business requirements into operational and technical requirements
- Proficiency in workflow management applications such as Jira, Workfront or Monday.com.
- Self-directed and creative thinker; ready to proactively bring innovative ideas to the table, solve problems and find new ways to improve results.
- A sense of curiosity and analytical mind
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role is $120,000-$130,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides a comprehensive benefits package, with several medical plans to choose from including a high deductible HSA plan with employer contribution, two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending account (FSA), employee assistance program (EAP), short- and long-term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan with match. Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First. All of our roles are remote. If a role requires you to be in a certain location or country, that will be clearly stated in the job description. All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.
Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote, work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
