Role Overview

The Senior Optimization Manager will serve as a subject matter expert and strategist for our clients and to peers in all areas relevant to optimization. Strategists will work with multiple optimization managers and analysts to design, build, and support optimization programs for our clients providing customized end-to-end program support and training.

What you need to have 

  • 10+ years of experience in digital data in analytics, experimentation, or personalization capacity.
  • 7+ years of experience in testing and optimization (strong preference for agency experience or experience building or running optimization programs for multiple companies simultaneously)
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and statistics related to testing
  • Experience analyzing A/B and MVT results
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Experience designing and implementing program and processes associated with optimization
  • Experience with at least one optimization tool (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Maxymiser, SiteSpect, Conductrics, Dynamic Yield, in-house platform, etc); preference for experience with multiple platforms

 What you’ll be doing 

  • Manage work across multiple clients or large, cross-functional engagements.
  • Articulate challenges, identify solutions, and effectively manage delivery for client engagements.
  • Lead business development activities, including client pitches, estimating work and creating project plans.
  • Create trusted partnerships with clients in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
  • Align people to tasks and opportunities that drive the team to the right solutions for our clients.    
  • Coach and lead others in order to resolve conflicts and increase collaboration.

What you need to achieve 

  • Support at least 1 client with improvements in process, capabilities, or outcomes 
  • Develop and/or deliver training related to right practice, new processes, or programs for at least 1 client
  • Contribute to the thought leadership and education of SDI peers and the industry through creation and delivery of content (blog post, template, training, Guru card, etc)

Location: Atlanta, GA office, Cleveland, OH office, or remote in the US
