About the Role
Lyra is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations to join the provider network development team to drive the long-term contracted network growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that can take an ambiguous growth challenge, translate that into strategic choices, and drive towards implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work with program leadership to set overall strategic direction for the contracted provider network
- Partner closely with program leadership to tackle longer-term strategic projects to enhance provider network development
- Partner closely with operations teams to investigate and address near-term operational risks
- Track program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences
- Support internal initiatives to build a world-class team
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with management consulting, digital health operations, or related experiences; healthcare experience a plus
- Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
- Quantitative analytical skills (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across different audiences
- Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA recommended
